We have a 30-day refund policy on your first Petaluma food order, which means you have 30 days after receiving your first food order to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund your purchase through your original payment method. and provide instructions about how to dispose or donate the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not accept returns of the food and suggest you dispose of it or donate it to another dog.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
