Petaluma Refund & Shipping Policy

REFUNDS

We have a 60-day refund policy on your first Petaluma food order, which means you have 60 days after receiving your first food order to request a refund. We define the first food order as the first order associated with your email OR shipping address. We will consider refunds on subsequent food orders on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns or refunds on apparel or merchandise items.
To initiate a refund, you can contact us at hello@feedpetaluma.com. If your refund is accepted (no questions asked as long as it is within 60 days of placing your first order), we’ll refund your purchase through your original payment method and provide instructions about how to dispose of or donate the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

RETURNS

 

We do not accept returns of food or apparel items. We suggest that you dispose of it or donate it to another dog. Refunds are granted without return of the item. 

SHIPPING

We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates due to variability out of Petaluma's control. 

Orders for food products will be fulfilled the same day if placed before noon PT on business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). Otherwise, they will be fulfilled the following business day.

Shipping times ranges usually range from 1 - 6 business days depending on the distance from the Nevada fulfillment center. However, carrier delays can result in longer delivery windows up to 14 days.

We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
