SHIPPING

We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates due to variability out of Petaluma's control. 

Orders for food products will be fulfilled the same day if placed before 11 am local time on business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). Otherwise, they will be fulfilled the following business day.

Shipping times ranges usually range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance from the fulfillment center. However, carrier delays can result in longer delivery windows up to 10 business days.

We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (i.e. 48 states excluding Alaska and Canada).
