Great product and company

My dog has DCM and I had some concerns about the chickpeas in the food after the FDA suggested that boutique diets can cause DCM. Since then the FDA has basically retracted their stance after having no real credible evidence. Petaluma has excellent information regarding DCM and the FDA ‘s updated statements. Petalumas article on DCM is detailed and informative. As an animal rights activist I’m grateful to find a dog food that does not contribute to animal exploitation. This sweet senior dog at age 14 loves the food and has lots of energy. She walks two miles every day, still likes to play with her rope toy, and can still do stairs. Also, customer service is fantastic.

Perfect poop & no more allergies!!

Petaluma has transformed Milly’s life! Once covered in belly rashes and bloodshot eyes, she would “cob”endlessly. We did the research and made the switch to Petaluma and will never look back. She is rash and itch free, she has SO much more energy and her poop is perfectly pleasant.

Charlie liked his other vegan food, but when they had supply chain issues that led us to change brands, we went with Petaluma (we also live in Petaluma, CA, so...). Now, when it's time for his meals, his ears perk up and his tail wags. He LOVES this food, and he seems to be more energetic overall...

My dogs love it.

Not only do my dogs love this food, I feel better feeding it to them. I was a V-Dog mom forever. I feel like since the switch they are getting the best nutrition. Plus the packaging is even cute!

She gets the zoomies when I open the bag

So I have a senior cocker spaniel. (Lady 💓) I just started feeding her the dehydrated food for dinner. When I open that bag this girl goes crazy. I mean she is running in circles barking at me like she's a puppy. She has slowed down on chowing down her kibble so I wanted to try something new. Well this was the answer. She eats it like she will never be fed again lol. I'm going to let her keep eating it and hopefully she tolerates it well digestively. (We tried the baked adult formula several years ago and it just didn't agree with her digestion).
