Awesome stuff. My dogs love it. I didn't want to force it on them if they hated it, so I did a taste test. This and some wild boar food. Don't remember the brand. They didn't seem to have a favorite so I opted for Petaluma and they have done well on it. Even my cat picks out of their bowl from time to time.

I bought this food as my dog is reactive to potato, lentils etc. Had the test done. So far her poop is looking real good, no mucus. She also can only eat lamb, beef and chicken (if its bought fresh and cooked). I purchased 6 lbs and received 2 - 3 lb bags. I'd like to buy this in a bigger bag so my scooper fits into the bag, maybe even a 10lb bag.

Dottie's teeth were giving her infection and diarrhea for months. She wouldn't eat the hard food, too painful. I had to feed her soft can food with homemade beans and white rice. Her potty was a mess: soft, runny, discolored, smelly... After her surgery, the doctor said all her bad teeth were extracted and the teeth she needs to bite and crunch were fine and cleaned. Uncertain of her health after the surgery, I bought the five pound bag. I'm watching her eat. She's eating her hard, crunchy food. Doesn't seem to be in pain; she shouldn't. She's gaining weight! And, her potty is beautiful!! What hell!!! I think Dottie and I are back on track.
